There were error messages that ocurred during clamping and firing and/or the firing sequence from calibration to return took signifcantly longer than you usually see in an Echelon 3000 case.
There was oozing on the staple line.
The surgeon used GORE® SEAMGUARD® and the nursing staff either had difficulty loading or took a long time to load it.
The surgeon used GORE® SEAMGUARD® and had difficulty with bunching, twisting and/or strings getting in the way during placement or firing.
The surgeon didn’t use a buttress.
